When I founded this company in 1992, my goal was to build a distinct life insurance brokerage firm that would attract the best advisors and clients. I understood the industry and knew that independent advisors did not have access to the quality of mentoring, training and support that they needed to grow their businesses. Furthermore, I wanted to create an environment that was not only highly professional and team-oriented, but a place where individuals were valued for their unique style and ambitions.
Today, we have over 900 contracted advisors who serve over 20,000 clients at Allen Wong & Associates. It gives me great satisfaction to see what our advisors have accomplished and to know that every aspect of their success has come as the result of helping one of their clients. Many AWA advisors have achieved a level of independence and personal freedom that they never imagined was possible. They qualify for the highest industry rewards and recognition, and I know they share my belief that helping people grow financially is far more rewarding than any personal gain.
